    The keyword gets 1300 searches with $1 CPC.

    The site has got PR2 with more than 2,000 backlinks. Several inner pages are PR1/2/3 as well.

    There isn't much traffic at the moment, just a few visitors from longer tail keywords and some traffic from Bing - the site needs some more content added, and then due to the backlinks it should rank easily for the main keyword as well as others like "benefits of drinking water", "drinking water benefits", "benefits of water" etc, which are all pretty low competition. It could easily be turned into a good authority site.

    If the buyer doesn't have hosting then I can continue to host the site for a month or so until they get something sorted out.
