    Hi All,

    Tittle says it all . Site is easy to maintain , 1 post per day and people are happy . Content is generated by me . The template is " HeatMap Adsense Theme " which is a very nice template with high CTR .

    Attached are the revenues for the last 2 months . I can give more proof uppon request .

    The revenue is high due to the great ads placement + high CPC . Unfortunatelly i do not use GA for SEO reasons . I would be happy to send any awstats to any potential buyer .

    The website has unlimited potential , reason i am selling it is that now i have a dayjob and i cannot focus on my site anymore.

    I have built backlinks with several methods , mostly manually but also with the help of senuke x . The revenue is steady and going upwords since the beggining of march.

    Sorry the UVs was daily it is not Monthly . Please mark it as a mistake i thought it was daily . Monthly is around 20k .

    Attached are the screenshots for the payments i got the last 2 months . I am also open for teamviewer session to prove the earnings.

    What's the source of traffic? Do you buy it somewhere? It doesn't seem to rank for anything in google.
