Selling PR2 India based Mobile blog, more than 100k-uv/m, $300 adsense revenue

I am relisting my blog mobiletalks.in.

The website is highly targeted to a specific niche i.e. potential mobile buyers of India. I am selling because I am running short of time to meet the required hardwork. I do a 9to6 job as well

Some quick Stats for last month (October)

• Traffic - 115,070 Unique Visitors (More than 90% traffic from India)
• Adsense - $350 (PM me for proof)
• Page Rank -2
• Facebook fans - 486

I started this blog in October 2010 and luckily it picked up nicely. It has a strong community around and recently the blog has started attracting industry contacts. A good blogger may definitely drive it to one of the best mobile blogs in India. Don't trust my words, roam in the blog for some times and you will feel it.

I am not in a hurry to sell it. However, I won't regret selling it for a good price. I know it's a big investment, so please, please, please, don't hesitate asking anything. I will answer everything promptly and honestly.
