The site is based on AdSense customized theme and it's fully AdSense ready. Currently only images of adsense ads are included on the page because of security reasons. Earnings are only $1 because the site needs some fresh content to reach top of the google no 1 position.

The site is monetized via ClickBank also.

The site just appeared on 1st Google page for search term "natural diabetes remedies". One unique article will put this site on top of the 1st page of Google as the exact phrase search count is only around 2.000 pages.

If someone is interested in reason of selling, I am selling the site because I got steady job and don't have time to maintain all my sites, so I will keep only few older ones.
