    Am selling off my website collection. This one is an employment based site dealing with providing people information about jobs. Started it over 4 years ago and used it to sell text links and promote my other sites.

    The site is currently ranked PR2 (ModernTelecommuter.com), indexed in search engines and has various back links. I have not done any work to the site in a few years so traffic has dropped over the the years, currently with about 2500-9000 uniques monthly. Site is CSS/HTML/PHP coded and uses a mysql database to scrape job listings and then create new pages from. Also has a variety of articles included. Revenue has slowed down over the past few months but was a pretty good adsence generator for a while. Site has lots of potential left in it. Hosting not included.

    forgot to mention that the site uses cron functionality to allow the script to scrape rss feeds daily so will need hosting that has cron functionality - most do but cheaper hosts may not.

    Site also earns revenue from media.net witch I can send screen grabs to those interested.
