    Looking to sell one of my sites. It's a PR2 and includes the domain name and all content.

    http://www.techscripts.net

    * 155 sub web sites.
    * Comes with over 250 MB worth of adsense content.
    * Currently running Google Adsense and Yahoo ads on the site.
    * Also includes the domain name techscripts.net
    * Domain has a Google PR2.

    Starting bid $25.

    Pay via paypal.
    Domain is currently at godaddy. Will transfer to the new owner.

    Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm fairly sure that you're not allowed to run both programmes on the same page. I don't know about Yahoo but Google are pretty strict about you running another contextual advertising service alongside AdSense.

    From what I understand, you are allowed to run them both on the same page, but yahoo ads must not be run with the Google referrer ads.

    Looking at the policies page:

    "We do not permit Google ads or search boxes accessing Google search services to be published on web pages that also contain what could be considered competing ads or services. This would include ads that mimic Google ads or otherwise appear to be associated with Google on your site. If you have elected to receive content-based Google ads, this would also include all other content-targeted ads."

    So you can't use Yahoo ads and Google ads on the same page if they're both contextual, which in the case of techscripts.net they are.

    OK, well I only have both sets of ads on the first page. Everything else should just be adsense.

    No, the YPN account and Google Adsense account are not for sale.

    I am selling the web-site with full content and the domain which is at a PR2 right now.

    I have a global search and replace tool that I will give to the new owner. It will automate changing all the Adsense ids in all 155 sub-sites.
