I will give you a domain name with PR2+ and I will create a small WP site on it with 5 articles (300-600 words) in your chosen niche. I will try to make the domain name related to the niche you choose. I will design the site and add pics and Yoast SEO plugin if you tell me the keywords you want to use. I can't make the domain name match the keywords though. You can later add product reviews and make them into affiliate sites, or add adsense or anything else you want to do to monetize it.
