Selling PR2 domain for sale with facebook fanpage

This domain is ranking well for the product it is promoting but the product owner has abruptly stopped accepting affiliates. I used to make around 1 or 2 sales every month. Since the product owner no longer accepts affiliates, I am looking to sell just the domain.
