    Up for sale is a quality, valid PR2 domain. The domain is expiring very soon and is registered at Godaddy (free push).

    The site ranks No 3 on Yahoo and No 59 on Google for term laptop maintenance

    Good adsense CPC for this term (over $2.50) and good search volume - could be a nice little earner.

    Used to rank really well for keyword, so build a basic site and it should rank quickly.

    $25 is a bargain - I just don't have time for it right now, otherwise would keep.
