Selling PR2 College Survival Blog

Hello Digital Point Users.

Wanted to sell my blog, UniversityDude. It has a very brandable name and a lot of content already. It is a college blog focused primarily on college finances and making money part-time. It also has posts on greek life and other college-related topics.

It's been online for more than a year but I haven't really had time for it due to my college studies and other projects I've been working on.

Also some statistics as of recently. They have dropped this month because I haven't had much time to maintain my blog and we had less posts.

The domain name is a PR2.
Gets anywhere from 300-600 unique visitors per month.
Revenue is around $10-$15 per month off mainly direct link sales.

There is plenty of opportunity to increase revenue and traffic that I haven't tapped into. I haven't built a Twitter or E-mail list, and I haven't worked on promoting the facebook fanpage either.

BIN is $600 and I've set the reserve at $400.
