    Have a travel site about the Abaco Island is The Bahamas available for sale. Site is wordpress based using a premium free theme with a mix of free and purchased plugins.

    Domain was created 04/24/2009 and is registered with namecheap.com (domain will be pushed to any namecheap account).Has a Google PR rank of PR2, gets about 750- 900+ unique visitors month (no analytics to show - but can provide awstats images), no ads are used on site so no ad revenue to report, site has been earning about $50 month by selling links on fiverr.com. Listed in major search engines with indexed pages and back links.

    Site includes domain and all related files. Payments via paypal only, hosting not included.
