Selling PR2 Avatar Site - 4 Years Old

    Hi guys,

    Looking to off load a bunch of sites in my portfolio as I'm leaving the online flipping business.

    This is the first one. PR2 aged domain with unique content. Needs some fresh content and some love and care to get it earning again.

    Inititally aimed at keywords "IM Avatars" hence the .im domain but could be used just as well for any avatar site.

    Assume it has no income although in the past used to run gunggo pop unders when traffic was better and other advertising income. Adsense is almost non existant at current traffic levels. $0.10-$0.60 per month :)

    Any serious questions PM me. Looking for a quick sale. All proofs available to any serious buyer.

    Hi Laverack1,

    Very little traffic, wouldn't be selling it this low if it had traffic.

    Used to be PR4, not sure how long it's been PR2.

    It is what it is, earns some adsense despite hardly any traffic and is ideal for anyone looking to have a go at this niche.

    It's using a very old CollectPHP script (a wallpaper script) but it's all 100% code so you could extend developer/fix or do whatever you want to it. I think the guys that ran the script went out of business a long time ago.
