I am selling the first article directory I made due to that fact that I am getting tired of reading articles to approve them.

the url is the first one in my sig. It has an alexa ranking of 428,000. It is Pr2 Currently It gets about 2300-2500 uniques a month. It has over 11k article but I only approved about 2/3 of them but I didn't delete the others from the database incase the new owner wants to allow that content on the website. It receives submissions through users on the website as well as article trader

since 14th February 2007 it has gotten around 24,000 unique visitors (i know this does not average to the 2300-2500 uniques a month, but I was just saying that for the last couple months)

there has been adsense on the website for a while but it is not doing very well, im sure someone could find better placement than me.

The article runs on article ms, I have made some modifications to the design through css as well as adding some boxes and panels in the design

This website does not use a premade database of articles and users, it was built from the ground up.

I am looking to sell the website for around $800 , but I will take offers from $350
