Selling PR2 Android Apps Blog, Over $55 Monthly AdSense Revenue and 40K Impressions

Today I am looking to sell galaxy s2 apps, the site is established now and authoritative within the niche. The site last month receiver 10K unique visitors and over 40K impressions. The majority of the traffic is organic and the visitors are now stable. The site ranks no#1 on google for lots of keywords such as; galaxy s2 apps, galaxy s2 applications and apps for galaxy s2. The site has a large social following with over 800 facebook likes, 400 twitter followers, and over 350 email subscribers. The site made over £55 last month via AdSense. I'm sure with some different ad placement the revenue could easily increase. All of the content on the site is unique and has been wrote by myself, the site has over 500 pages indexed in Google and has a page rank of 2. The site is the best within the niche and with the phone becoming more and more popular it's sure to stay that way. The traffic has declined over the past few months but with a few new apps and promotion the site will be back to its best and making lots of adsense, the only reason for selling the site is that I'm at college and looking to generate some cash but unfortunately don't have time to keep the site up to date.

Traffic dropped dramatically from 90k to 40k within a month. Why?
You didn't show us the Site name/URL channel of the Adsense stats in the screenshot. Please show it with the URL channel.

 

that's probably because galaxy s3 is out already? or it could be hit by google's latest updates given the quality of the posts.

the site's been up since oct 2011, can you please show analytics and adsense data since then or at least for 2012?

The traffic dropped due to me stopping posting apps on the site, the traffic now is majority organic whereas before lots of traffic came from twitter and facebook and also forums where people talke about the apps etc... Once news apps are posted on the site the traffic will pick up again, I just don't have time to work on it.
