PR2 and PR1 sites for sale

I'm selling these two sites merely because one I don't do anything with and the other I just don't have time for like I wanted anymore.

The first is a blog: relinquishdebt.com/blog
It is a PR2
The hosting is on a cheap account so that may be why they don't have awstats...
I do know it ranks #4 on google for the keyword phrase: saving cents (with or without parenthesis) and #6 for the keyword phrase: good spending habit
but as for others, I don't really know.
There are like 5 users signed up, but I think they are spammy (can't say for sure as they haven't posted or emailed me)
All the posts are handwritten by me and are unique.
The root domain has no PR and is just merely MFA stuff.

You can have the hosting account it is on right now-- I paid $5 for it for a year. I think it has like 8 months left on it. So you can take your time moving it or w/e.

The second site is 1clickeffort.com. It is a PR1. Right now it's MFA junk, but it's really supposed to be a PTC site. I had taken it down last year because some defacer hacker just loved me so much that he kept hacking my site. It runs with $69 Cash Crusader script which I have and will provide to you. Optionally, if you want the plugin I purchased for it (Advertising Page Manager was like $50), I could throw that in if the price is right.
It ranks for weird junk because of the MFAness that it is.
It is hosted on a diff account. I can give you ftp access to move it, or I can move it to your server if you want. Or you do not have to take what's on the site right now and just install the PTC site and run your own PTC site.

I'd like these auction styles and reserve the right not to sell if I don't see a price worth the effort. Just because I do not have time at the moment to further these sites, does not mean I will not later.

For some reason, I guess I did not set up channels on the blog so I don't know it's earnings. And I did not set it up on 1clickeffort because that would have taken too long to go through all those pages individually (as I would have had to done). =D But assume little to no earnings.
