    I have a Youtube based Mp3 site for sale. The site allows users to easily browns and listen to their favorite songs. The domain is 6 years old and has a Page Rank of 2. I haven't had much time to put into this site so I'd like to let it go as soon as possible.

    The site receives a decent amount of traffic which could easily be increased with a little bit of work. It has been increasing in revenue each month since being developed and is currently making about $10/month with adsense.
