Selling PR2 $600/Month Edu Site

Have decided to sell one of my education niche sites earning with adsense.
site has been earning a little over $600/month Since July
Domain is a few years old, site has been live several months.
Not claiming se/organic traffic, like most my edu sites this is receiving consistent edu related traffic coming from sources such as high pr edu links and 30 edu domains.
Keeping domain private for obvious reasons such as it becoming indexed here.

Wouldn't call a $600/month site a goldmine, either way, hate to sell the site but am in need of funds.

 

Could you post the traffic and revenue screenshots along with the URL?

Is that site started to earn only since July 2012?

 

I can provide screenshots yes of course. I usually don't provide URL on the thread as many people do not like sites being indexed on sales threads, including myself.
Also yes adsnese was added beginning of July.

 

just beware of this guy. my friend just asking about the URL and he displayed it, but there is not even single keyword found in its histats's search engine section and he locked the referring sites anyway. Traffic somehow comes from other site, not organically generated by the site he is listing. just beware folks

 

I said in the description above im not claiming se/organic.. The site lost ranking few months ago when I had hosting issues and the site was down. Also I let anyone interested know that.
I would be selling the site for alot more if it was only se/organic traffic.
