-It's using an unique template for php link directory 2 which is the CMS the site uses. Php link directory 2 is free, you can update it to a newer version if you want.

This site made some hundred dollars in the past with affiliate sales, then I lost interest and turned it into a directory which made around 300$ this year with not much effort on my side. I think you could easily make a lot more if you have the interest. Income is from submissions and ad sales.
