    Okay everyone as you probably know Ive tried to sell this site before but no one was interested, so I decided to build it up and work on it bit! Its a very nice site with a great amount of traffic for a brand new site!! It has a good income also! The income does not come just from ad sense it comes from affiliates and other stuff like that so the site is making about $50 a month or so..The reason it is not making a lot of money with adsense is because I just inserted them in bad places, but now the ads have been placed to optimize click through!! Now for the registered users there are not to many only because the register link is broken and I don't know how to fix it, you can see for your self if you press join our community today...So if you can fix that I'm sure you will get a nice flow of registered users...It has a great design and many modifications have been installed..

    Basically if this site goes into the rights hands you can make the bucks!:cool:

    Summary

    Site gets anywhere from 1k -- 10k Hits per day:cool: (Its only like 4 months old) --- I have proof!

    Site receives up to $3.00 a day earnings in ad sense, but hasn't really gotten started until recently..Site receives most of the income through Affiliate links and programs..

    As you know I'm always open to offers I will set up some starting prices but if you can make me a somewhat decent offer then I will consider..
