    Up for sale is this website on Beauty Treatments which is a very good earning niche. Here are details on the website:

    Age of Site: 1 year 3 months
    PR - 2 (Used to be PR3 till last update)
    Stats: 400 uniques monthly - See awstats screenshot. All from SE's.
    Income: Adsense earnings - $8 last month. Was better at the start of the year. See Adsense screenshot. I am not adding link sales as the new owner may or may not want to sell links. Kontera earnings are $1-$2 per month.
    Content: 21 unique articles. Rights tranferred to you on sale. Licensed images have been used.
    Design: Original design not made using any template. You get all rights to it.
    Layout: SSI is used so that right and left bars, header and footer can be edited with one file. SSI includes work similar to php includes.
    Expenses: None. Site is well-indexed by all search engines and all traffic is purely from search engines. No paid links or any other ads. Not much promotion done really.
