Nope, just wanted to know, if it was possible for a site to have PR10, without being affiliated with Google.
I think Macromedia.com was 10, but now it redirects to Adobe.com - There's a Google cheat sheet wandering around somewhere which lists all of the PR10s
www.adobe.com www.w3.org www.macromedia.com www.energy.gov www.nasa.gov www.google.com www.nsf.gov www.whitehouse.gov www.real.com www.usa.gov/index.shtml all these sites have a PR of 10.
http://www.real.com/ http://www.nasa.gov http://www.usa.gov/index.shtml have pagerank 10! i think youtube.com should have PR10 also
Got this list: Hope it helps Adobe http://www.adobe.com World Wide Web Consortium http://www.w3.org/ Macromedia http://www.macromedia.com U.S Department of Energy http://www.energy.gov National Aeronautics and Space Administration http://www.nasa.gov http://www.whitehouse.gov Real Media http://www.real.com US Goverment website http://www.usa.gov/index.shtml +Rep Appreciated

LOL..good, but I find PR is nothing,or Google made mistake? I find a domain created at April 8th, and only with 3 backlinks(not quality links.) is PR5..
I wonder what does it take to get PR10? microsoft.com has been around long before google.com and it still has a PR9.
Google has changed their algorithm to make it even more difficult to achieve pr10 than it was before, as a result of this there are very few pr10 sites on the net today.
