    so is yahoo.com and msn.com, which is really interesting since I'm sure they have a 1000 times more backlinks that some pages on this list and high pr links at that.

    Sometimes websites do decrease in ranks. It becomes 10 and then it becomes 9 again. Just like the blogger website.
