I don't think any of the existing site with PR10 will sell there text link to lower PR sites. So, is there any way to get link from PR 10.

It's interesting to see what a high proportion of those PR9 and 10 sites are there because they're part of the infrastructure of the web. All those PDF links, W3C of course, but also Apache, PhpBB, Realplayer, and so on. These are sites which may be owned by fairly large organisations, but they are only really huge in terms of running the internet. So the lesson is simple: if you want a site with high PR, build something that webmasters can use as a tool, and embed your links in it.
yeah, whichever section it redirects you get a PR10, even when you have very long URLs in Address bar
