Selling PR1 Yellow Pages site

I need to clear out some of my sites and am wondering if anybody is interested in a yellow pages site for the city of Springfield, Illinois. I bought it from a DP user last year but have not done much with it.

The site is MySQL database driven site that lists all the businesses in that city, providing contact info and a google map of the company. The site does have a PR1 google rating and made some money (less then $80 however the clicks that it does get are usually high paying ones) with adsence but could do much better if somebody had the time to promote it (traffic is low between 100 -180 uniques a month).

PM if you are interested and want the domain of the site, I do not want to reveal as if I do not get a reasonable offer then I will hold onto it for a while longer.
