    Bought this site about 6 months ago and have been thinning out my websites and this one has to go.

    Not a whole lot of traffic, but haven't touched the site in months, so it just needs a little TLC.

    Targeting a very long tail keyword that gets a lot of searches, I think this site could be a steal at the right price and with a $1 starting bid and no reserve - it could go cheap.

    PR 1 after the latest update.

    Removed Adsense a couple of months ago, but was making a couple of dollars a month. However, am selling with no income.

    Domain is with GoDaddy and site is using WordPress.
