    I am looking to sell http://www.doesthedressfit.com

    This is a wedding site and blog geared towards women. It currently has 404 unique posts. My wife managed this site and wrote all the articles herself. It is a beautiful site, powered by Wordpress. There are articles on dresses, honeymoons, cakes, fitness, flowers, etc .. pretty much everything you need to know to get ready for a wedding.

    I am not looking for your standard 10x for this website. The 400+ unique blog posts are worth way more than that. So if you're looking for something to just plug your ads into and forget about it, then this site is not for you.

    Weddings is a touch niche to come by, but if you have yourself an established site it can make great money. These are some of the highest paying keywords out there.

    This site has made about $50 in the last year from adsense and $90 in the last year from private ad sales.

    BIN is actually $300 ... not the $375 as shown in the OP.
