Selling PR1 Website Awards Site

    I have a PR1 rated website for sale, GLOBALAWARD . NET - it is a Website Awards review style site

    The site and domain are aged (2006-11-04) but the site was sitting on a spare server for a while so didnt get much attention. It was originally based on a directory style website, so I recently upgraded it to run on WordPress. So now it is simple to run for anybody ... During the sitting time the site had no sources of revenue, I have just added some ads to the new theme but not much has come in yet. Traffic is very little due to no promotions and the site just sitting there but over the summer it has got between 20 and 45 uniques (Can / US dominate) a day without promoting. One should assume that with this sale they are getting a new site on an aged domain that could use some promoting.

    The site comes with custom made logo, site graphics and award shields for winners to place on thier site.

    The current listed sites are just meant as samples, the new owner can replace them with new ones with much better descriptions etc.
