    Recently purchased this site for $400 because of the domain name and was making $50-$100 month in revenue.. Since then I have not keep up with my part of promotion and now only seeing $10-80/m .. I got a fulltime job now so not much time to work on this website.

    The least I will take for this website is $80 nothing less..

    Well on closer inspection it appears you are the same person who tried to sell it for $50 in Feb and $60 in April.
