    I have few blogs in same niche so want to sell some which I do not plan to develop in future.

    - PR1
    - DA (SEOMoz domain authority) is 16
    - Links from 8 different root domains
    - 20 UNIQUE articles
    - 20-30 daily visits
    - Domain expires on August 17th

    Assume no ravenue as I didnt bother with that yet.
