    I am looking to put this site for sale because I need to cash out for a bigger project and have no time to update the latest episode of top gear.

    Traffic
    It is receiving 2000 Unique Visitor per month and having a very low bounce rate <5%. I believe there will be more organic traffic if you put effort on backlinking.

    Revenue
    The site is making money via CPAlead, but I have terminated my cpalead account (to withdraw money without reaching minimum payout + I have no interest on CPAlead anymore) and so it is no longer making any money. You can monetize in many other way.
