    I want to sell well established, old and unique website about health tips and diseases diagnosis. The website is unique and has about 7,800 unique visitors monthly with over 18,200 pageviews (awstats traffic proof). The average revenues from ther website for the 4 years of operations are about 20 USD/month from link sales and blogposts sales. The website is over 4 years old and has really great presentation in internet.
