    I have already mentioned the reason for this. You can see my profile i have sold many tv shows sites. Now i am entering new project so need some funding for it so selling off my entire portfolio.

    Site is PR1 so rest a sure that there is lot of organic traffic and returning visitors. I have also given the link to the referrers stats you can always refer it.
