The site is a PR1 registered 2nd August 2009, the site comes complete with it's own bespoke ebook, promotional video & professionally built squeeze page. All graphics were designed specifically for this site.

The site has 15 unique mainly service pages loaded & around 58 blog contribution pages, which are mainly PLR material. The site also has 30x unique articles specifically written for it ready to be loaded (25x 250 words & 5x 500 words).

The site is currently on the SBI monthly subscription plan at $29.99/month, but can be transferred to the webhost of your choice.

Traffic - last 3 months:
Jul 2010 3019 total visits 842 uniques 6810 pageviews
Jun 2010 1923 total visits 704 uniques 2860 pageviews
May 2010 2134 total visits 647 uniques 3206 pageviews

Monetization:
The site has sold a couple of ebooks & had a few clicks on Adsense, but I have not spent any time on improving it.

I bought the site only recently with the view to selling it on as soon as I had the time, so I now want to move it on to someone that can dedicate the time to deliver the promise.
