Selling (PR1) Tech site 4th-6th in google for keyword with 110K search/mouth

Hi,
I post my website recentechnology(dot)com for sale if I get the wanted price.
The website is autoblog but with unique content using my way, so you'll get unique posts daily or hourly without doing any thing .


keywords and Rank:
The website is ranked always ranked 4th (but it's 6th now) in the 1st page of google, for a keyword with 110 000 search/mouth AND About 2,320,000,000 results
And the site is ranked in the 3rd page for the keyword "recent technology news" (without quotes) which have 22 200 search/mount . And in the page 7 for the keyword "latest technology news" I built good backlinks for this keyword and waiting to get very good rank for this grat keyword.

And some other pages are also good ranked for its keywords.

SEO:
The website have PR1 and good quality backlinks (not 3 as the DP shows, you can check using yahoo explorer) , and I have built more edu and high quality backlinks not indexed/counted yet.


Others:
The blog use wordpress and a very good template.

it's just the host server, it get down those days. You can check it now it works fine.
