    Hi,

    I am wanting to sell an IDEA along with the PR 1 site ForumSkinz.net. ForumSkinz.net was intended to be a forum theming site where I sold Mybb premium themes at around $10 a pop. Unfortunately, I didn't have the time to learn to theme so I am forced to give this venture up. I would recommend the buyer switches the site to Xenforo and themes from that software- where you can make $30-$50 a sale per theme and a lot more for custom jobs.

    There are not that many of these types of domains left and this one is super cheap with a $1 reserve and PageRank of 1.
