    It is PR1 and I havent done much with it.... it has a forum but inactive although it does get a small adsense income (<$5 a month) as there are not very many sites of this niche available.

    It is ranked third on google for the term 'biomedical scientist forum'

    all traffic is organic from that and other search terms which provides the occassional clickthrough on adsense.
