    Selling this site because I need to concentrate on others - I have too many sites and need to offload some so that I can spend enough time on the remaining sites.

    This site is PR1, has a good profile of backlinks, and is 7 years old. All important ranking factors in Google's eyes.

    It's receiving some traffic from longer storage-related terms, but only a few visitors per day.

    By adding more content to the site it should be easy to rank for some search terms, and by using an affiliate program for storage items (Amazon would work fine) the site should be easy to monetize.
