PR1 Puzzle Game Arcade For Sale + Custom Flash Game

I'm selling this site because I have not worked on it for at least a year and wish to get some capital for new projects. This site has a great promotionnal value and is easy to brand, and it was made with the AV Arcade script with a custom theme.

The traffic is decent, the site have 50 unique visitors a day without any recent promotion. Here are a few trafffic stats : Traffic for 2008 / Traffic for 2009 / Traffic sources for March 2009. The only income for this site is the two adsense banner, for a total of around 1,40$ to 1,50$ a month. Here are the stats for the last month as an example : Adsense for March 2009.

The domain name is registered with Namecheap and will expire on 02/18/2010 (was first registered in 2007). I can push it to your account for free. The starting bid is 50$ and the auction will end on April 17th at 11pm EST (this Friday).
