Awstats statistics
Awstats statistics are available here (in a word document uploaded on the website -- this should verify that I'm the owner too). I'm "Shadows" on the website. Of course, once sold the moderator will no longer be a moderator and I will no longer be an administrator.

Installation service
Installation service available for $10 extra (on top of the bid -- if your bid is $50, then you'll have to pay $60 incl. installation service). Without installation service, you will be given the files to upload, the database and the domain name and social network access. You'll have to change the configurations such as the url to the forums yourself.

Payment
Payments will only be handled using paypal. If you request moneybookers, I could arrange something but please PM me in case you want to pay using moneybookers. Buyer pays paypal fees.

There is no BIN price, I would like to only use the bidding system. In case you have an extremely good offer to make, PM me and I might accept it as BIN.

I have invested a lot of time and money promoting this site (using stumbleupon paid discovery and many more paid services). There is a premium link available in a link directory - oursearchworld.com to ProNamers.

The domain name
The domain name is registered at godaddy and expires the 31st of January 2013. It is a pagerank 1 domain name.

How come that the domain name was registered so late?
Because we used another domain name in the beginning of the website -- vanryck.be which is no longer used for this website but simply redirects to it.

The system
There are many mods installed which can be easily deactivated (with the click of a button). You can show ads for a specific usergroup at the header, footer, between posts and many more functions. The theme is a premium theme we have bought for ProNamers and has been modified to work on all browsers and the layout is unique, you won't find another website with such a look. A user has made a logo for the website and pm-ed the graphics file in case you'd want to change the logo to it -- here: http://pronamers.com/Thread-Pronamers-Logo. There are also good tutorials I have posted, good SEO content. The MyBB version installed is the latest one available. Upgrading it won't be a problem for the mods installed because they are plugins.

Forum statistics
Our members have made a total of 1,401 posts in 268 threads.
We currently have 88 members registered.
The most users online at one time was 62 on 01-18-2012 at 04:35 PM

Why am I selling it?
It's taking too much of my time and since I'm having important projects, I can no longer manage time for this website (it makes me quite sad to sell it, but I can't continue with it)..

Social network promoting
I have the facebook page with 11 followers and a twitter page without followers. These will be transferred to the new owner.

The domain name was already verified, the traffic source screenshot is coming up and the keyword screenshot too. As for the reserve, I'm not PM-ing it because I may lower it anytime in case it's worth less than I thought.
