    Hi,
    I'm selling one of my PR1 web directory, the directory was made in 2008 and is one of the rare keyword domain. The site is running on phpld licensed version and using a custom template, and four different blogs are also there running on wordpress with a matching template. The site was earning $60-80 per month in old times and then I got busy so lost interest in it and the current revenue is very low only few bucks per month. I released some free templates of wordpress and phpld which brought good amount of traffic and is still bring abit traffic.

    Yep the stats are correct. As the db was cleaned two months ago and the pending links are because of regular links with no payment.
