Selling PR1 niche website with proven Amazon income

I'm selling Rechargeable Electric Toothbrush

It's a niche website built by me. So far this year it has earned around $50.

The average monthly traffic is between 100 and 150 UV but it can easily be increased with a bit of SEO.

The site currently sits at the top of the first page for the keyword "rechargeable electric toothbrush"

With some more backlinking done it can easily also rank for "rechargeable toothbrush" and "electric toothbrush"....but that's up to the buyer.
