PR1 Niche Directory with traffic

    I am looking to sell my website - http://www.PTRDirectory.com

    It is a directory of PTR or Paid To Read programs. The domain says exactly what the site is.

    The website has gotten between 258 - 1095 unique hits per month for the last 5 months. Traffic stats can be provided for interested buyers.

    The website had about 19 links in it but I accidentally deleted the mysql database and now it only has 1 link in it. None of the links were paid so there are no problems with that.

    The website is pr1 and gets most of the traffic comes from search engines and link exchanges.

    The template is not unique but had some customization done to it.

    forgot to mention domain registered at godaddy and the auction has no reserve and ends 4 days from original post
