    Site has a short , catchy domain name, site is related to news / entertainment

    Not much traffic anymore, only 5-10 unique visitors daily.
    I was advertising the site for a while and it was getting 300 uv daily steadily, but lost interest and started working on another site of mine.
    Gezno has a really nice design built on wordpress, all the sections of news are custom coded rss feeds. As for the main page posts, you can log into admin , click a button and update it with hundreds of new posts, you can also put this on a cron job so you dont have to do anything.
    I had adsense on it, also tried chikita, and a few other ad companies on it, nothing really made much. you would have to put your own ppc on it.

    Site is a really nice wordpress, looking to get 60$ for it.

    This is still for sale, dropping price to 45$ for a really nicely designed site with great domain, light traffic, all autopilot, and pagerank.
