    Looking to sell bestlinkbuildingstrategies.com

    main keyword gets 1k searches a month local exact and has $6+ CPC 

    The site has unique content and is currently a PR1, I registered this domain new a couple months ago on go daddy, it has 18 backlinks. It also includes a Twitter account with 10 or so followers.

    It has a custom logo/banner, and unique content.

    Revenue is about $1 a month.  If it was optimized better for adsense it would earn more.
