    I am selling my landscaping website scottsdale-landscaping.com as I have no time to develop it and would like the money for other online ventures. I was planning on starting a basic business directory site. Scottsdale is a large city in Arizona that has landscaping work being done year round. The domain is over 2 years old and has some decent backlinks from the previous owner.

    Potential to be a micro niche geo site, a landscaping directory with paid listings(how I was planning on using it), or it could have some SEO done and be sold to a local landscaping company to boost their search engine rankings. There is a lot of potential revenue sources.

    The site also features a custom made header graphic. There is very little traffic (some from old backlink referrals) and no revenue as I haven't placed adsense or offered any paid listings yet.
