    I started this directory 4 months ago but now I realize that I don't have the time to manage such a site and I think it would be better in the hands of a new owner. The site got 4000 visitors the first month but that's when I actually worked on promoting the site. Right now avg visitors per month is a little bit above 1000 but that can quickly get back up to the original 4000 with a little bit of work. The site ranks 200k in alexa at the moment but it used to be 130k but that can also easily be restored. The pagerank of the site is currently 1 but it's only been 4 months since the site started and there has been only 1 PR update from google. I haven't really monetized the site yet except for adding the featured links option which could bring BIG money once the directory gets well known. I have done SEO on the site including backlink building, social bookmarks and directory submission.

    EDIT: The script of the website is from PHP Link Directory (Unbranded License) which is worth $80.

    I forgot to add in, hosting and domain is paid for until
    Wednesday, April 11, 2012.
    That's almost year of free hosting with free domain.
