PR1 General Directory with PR2 Category Pages: Free Submission.

Hi, all.
Originally, I made this directory for fun and accept MFA sites only. But declining of solid sites makes me bad, even the owners didn't read the guidelines. So policy was changed: Betting on the SEO accepts quality sites only.
Here are some guidelines:
- Home page and Subdomain, but no inner pages.
- No MFA and Porno, please.
- Submission in top categories will be removed.
Now my homepage has PR1, but some category pages have PR2 . (look at here http://www.iwebtool.com/visual/?domain=www.vinabet.net&nofw=1&ex=1 ).
Actually, we offer only free submission. If anyone wants featured listings in top category, save your money, the paid options will be avialable after next PR update when we'll have PR4 or Pr5 pages .
