Selling PR1 Gaming blog & Forums | Decent traffic | high Serps | Adsense earnings

heya guys, I'm selling my first website. Its had alot of backlinking done to it, and alot work put into it. The site is a gaming/tech blog with a semi active forum. Its made about $20-$40 a month selling links/ads through out the site.
Adsense has been on the site for a week now has earned about $3 (£1.55) on it

The website itself has the following built into it:

Wordpress blog - it used to be an autoblog when i was at college, traffic dropped alot. Then i went back to manual blogging for the month i had off then it went up again. Traffic has picked up alot this month. Adsense inputted, Facebook connect so users can like posts and register via facebook

Forums: The site used a free forum software, mybb. Its semi active, slowly getting there. but in the hands of someone of getting a forum active, this should be easy as the traffic is there.

PSP Programming: The site was first built around the concept of psp programming/homebrew as i was learning and found it hard to find tutorials as such. It was page one on google for the term psp programming tutorials, now its page two.
It has 6 tutorials on the page and more in the forums that users have added.

Arcade: As the site is based around gaming i added an arcade to it. The arcade is an AV arcade script, fully lisensed and updated. Easy to add games and such. This part of the site is new, so its only had 48 game plays, The script has adsense built in.

Myspace-Layouts: it also has a myspace layout area. It has layout generator, built in themes ect. Thought i should keep it in, it has some nice stuff inside. This content was pulled from my other site, havent had time to switch over layouts and stuff yet.

Seo Tools : This site has a page for all seo tools. it has automated search engine submitters, automated directory submitters, backlinking tools, keyword results, google rank checker, page rank checkers, alexa checker, sitemap creator, click value tools.
