Selling PR1 - funniest-movies.com

I have a funny huimor movie related site that I wish to sell, it easy to run, and is wordpress based with the latest version of WP and plugins installed. It has a licensed customized WP-Chatter premiuim theme from Solostream.com ($79 value)

- 225+ pages indexed in Google
- has a valid PR1 google PR rank
- aged 2007 domain [over 3 years and 10 weeks ++]

I forgot to add an adsence channel for this site so have no revenue stats, traffic is sporatic, between 25 and 250 uniques per day (site was offline for a few weeks cause my host crashed while I was on vacation and they didnt fix it for me)

sale includes, domain, and all files that make up the site including graphics, text, scripts, plugins, wordpress etc.
it doe not include the hosting but there is no rush to move it, so if you need a few days or a week to move it then no big deal
payments paypal only

The site does have potential but it is on our down size list so must sell

one of the main reasons why I am selling half my sites, is that this host is so undependable ... I will transfer it to my second host in the morning and it will be back up and running for the sale - sorry for any inconvience
