    I'm selling one of my website which is fully automated. Just wait for payments to your PayPal. Will give you everything, domain, hosting. Just change your PayPal email and you are good to go.

    I am a saxophonist myself. As a hobby. So, I created this website and sell digital backing tracks. I have earn nearly $3K without marketing and advertising. The reason I'm selling it because I found a new Full-time job and studying part time in the evening too. Wish me luck I do not have time(replying emails and stuff like that). I believe with the right marketing and advertising, you can get 10K very easy and fast. I'm serious.

    Basically the store sells backing track. Customer pay, a download link will be sent to them. Do nothing at all, just replying email of course.

    It's a good niche. I spend time commenting on youtube, forum at first and I don't do that anymore because of my night class since last year, and i'm still earning to pay my bills.

    With the right marketing, I believe this can hit up to 1K/mo or more.
